Terms and Conditions

Advertising is accepted with the understanding that all terms, conditions and
charges specified herein are acceptable to the advertiser and that no contrary agreement shall be binding on ICS, Inc. 

ICS, Inc. reserves the right to update advertising rates & fees at any time. 

Ad commences within 48‐72 hours of receiving your payment.

Fee includes design of your ad including your logo and brand colors. 

Ad placement within the web pages of HapevilleLife.com are determined on a “first come, first 
served”  basis and/or at the sole discretion of ICS, Inc. 

Advertising Agreements can be cancelled by either party upon giving thirty (30) days written notification.  
Cancellation does not relieve parties of liability for any existing obligations 

ICS reserves the right to withdraw any advertisement that fails to conform to applicable laws and 
regulations or deems unsuitable for linking to the Host Site. If ICS rejects an advertisement or 
otherwise terminates its display, then this Agreement shall be deemed terminated, and ICS will 
return any prepaid ad fees to advertiser (in which case refund of those ad fees shall be advertiser’s 
sole remedy for the termination of this Agreement.)
